GOLF COURSE UPDATE - PLEASE READ
Frank Hibler(HOA president) and Mike Files (HOA Vice President) had a meeting Monday with Mayor Kilsheimer; Glen Irby;Richard Anderson and Chad Barton (Golf group)
Nothing new was presented by Chad Barton of the golf group.
Mayor Kilsheimer picked a study group of 2 board;1 city and 3 residents , to examine any possible options .
The Committee to Preserve our Homes has been studying various options to preserve home values .
Members of the board have been in contact with committee representatives and will serve in an advisory role to discuss any alternatives that are presented.
NOW HERE IS INFO THAT EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW.
No Planned Unit Development (PUD), Special Neighborhood Improvement District (SNID), Community Development District (CDD), REZONING
OR ANY OTHER OPTION WILL OCCUR WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE RSR COMMUNITY.
If a viable solution is proposed, the entire community will be called to a special meeting to voice their opinions and cast their vote.
There you can tell what you would like for the future of the city,
and what you dont like or want as well.

RSR HOA PROPERTY
The gopher turtle preservation area is designated by the large blue post visible adjacent to the silt fences on Spinfisher drive and Red Fish , and runs along the golf course
all the way to Kelly Park rd. next to mobile home park. Also the front entrance on both sides is conservation area.
The HOA is responsible to maintain the Gopher Turtle Preserve and the 8 retention ponds in the community. (Appox. 130 acres) None of these locations can have anything built upon them.
All other vacant land belongs to the golf course. Privately owned.
