Warning to Residents with Small Pets. Be careful about leaving your small pets in your enclosed screen pool area. We are not sure if our cat just pushed out a screen or if an animal broke in and got her. We have heard reports of coyotes roaming through the RSR complex. (We are hoping our cat is just missing and will return.)
Golf Cart Regulations: Golf carts can only be driven on streets, never on sidewalks, in yards, on the golf course, or on RSR HOA common areas. Drivers must be licensed, insured, and over the age of 16. Golf carts are not toys. If you see children younger than the age of 16 driving a golf cart, please call the Apopka Police Department for their own safety.

RSR HOA Common Areas Landscaping - Andy Gore is back to advise on common area landscape contracts between Contractors (i.e., RLC), Speciality Management, and the RSR HOA Board of Directors.
